setting up either an information or vending table at Burnaby SFU, you

Student Society General Office to book a table. For more information,
download the Vendor Information & Application Package and read the
Invitation to Vendors below.
Deadline to submit Summer Vending applications: 4 p.m., Friday, August 6, 2010*.
Confirmation of Vending dates will begin Friday, August 20, 2010.
*For competitive, adjudicated vending. After this date, vendors will be booked on a first come, first served basis.
New: Vendor Loyalty Program
We are pleased to announce a new vending promotion to reward our most frequent vendors: the Vendor Loyalty Program! Beginning in Fall 2010, all vendors who are booking their tenth (or twentieth, or thirtieth...) paid day of vending will receive that day for free. These days do not need to be consecutive, so any paid day booked for Fall 2010 or later will be credited towards the program. We will still be offering our previous offer for vendors who like to book their days consecutively. Vendors who book a full five-day week from Monday to Friday will continue to receive their Friday for free. These bonus days aren't credited towards the Vendor Loyalty Program, but the four paid days are! So, vendors can benefit from both promotions at the same time. New: HST for VendorsDue to recent changes to the provincial tax structure, all vendors will notice the usual 5% GST replaced with the new 12% HST. Vendors who prefer to buy a weekly parking pass from SFU Parking will find their cost slightly increased as well. Donations are still exempt from tax, so the 10% automatic Food Bank donation will continue to not factor into tax calculations.
