GovernanceTo facilitate the work of the
Student Society between annual general meetings, students at Simon
Fraser University elect sixteen members to the Board of Directors each
year in the spring semester.
The Board of Directors is composed of
six executive committee members and eight faculty and at-large student
representatives. Collectively, this body ensures that the diverse views
of the student population are represented.
Board of Directors meetings will be held at 10:30 am on the following dates:
Meetings are open to the public. Check the agenda for meeting location; usually the meetings are in the Maggie Benston Centre in Burnaby but occasionally they are held at Surrey or Harbour Centre campuses.
