club registration forms

All new clubs must complete and submit the Club Registration Package & the Club Constitution to the SFSS General Office by the 3rd Friday of the semester.  The Registration Package must be completed every semester the group wishes to operate; however, clubs do not need to submit a constitution unless they are using one different from the general club constitution.
