This form is currently under construction. SFSS groups that wish to book rooms or equipment at the Surrey campus should send an email to surrey@sfss.ca. Please include the following information, as relevant:
Room booking requests should include:
Group name
Event title
Date(s) and times (start and finish)
Description of planned activities
Number of people expected
Type of room needed
Are external guests invited?
Is there an admission charge?
Food, beverages, or alcohol to be served
Any special concerns or requests
Titles of any licensed films to be screened (choose from http://www.criterionpic.com/ for SFSS licensed films)
List of equipment required (your group must have a current Equipment Borrowing Agreement on file).
Please allow at least three business days for processing.
